[Debian-med-packaging] fixing bug FTBS bug#787753 (cmake cannot find itk)

Hi everyone,

Patch are available to fix one serious bug in the camitk package (just 
as a new serious bug popped up today linked with gcc5!), see [1] for 
more explanation. Building camitk is back working in unstable (at least 
according to my cowbuilder).

About the problems raised by gcc5, does anyone have a step-by-step guide 
to modify a cowbuilder environment so that gcc5 is used as default? That 
might help me to work on it.

In the meanwhile, I am looking for a nice (and available) sponsor to 
consider the upload of camitk 3.4.0-2.
