Hi,

unfortunately I have to reject your package.

Please add the missing license of 
 CMake/cppunit/cppunit_main.cpp
to your debian/copyright.

The license block of debian/* is named GPL-3 but the license text says 
GPL-2+. This does not match.

While your are at it please take also care of:
 W: fw4spl: debian-changelog-has-wrong-weekday 2015-03-03 is a Tuesday
 W: fw4spl: postinst-has-useless-call-to-ldconfig
 W: fw4spl: postrm-has-useless-call-to-ldconfig
