[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#780437: src:bamtools: fix indent in package description and other small issues

Dear Maintainer,

the list of available bamtools commands in the description of the package is reflown as you can see at
https://packages.debian.org/en/sid/bamtools
because the lines do not start with an additional space as per
https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-controlfields.html#s-f-Description

The attached patch fixes the indent by adding the space, removes a trailing space from another line, fixes a typo and adds full stops at the end of 3 lines.
