[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#765285: multi core issue

Hi,
patch fixes the multi-core issue regarding build, but issues can occur at
runtime according to upstream team with this fix when using multiple core.
Problem is to produce the error as it is a matter of locks in multi-core
env.

But upstream team had a look at the patch and think it will not work
correctly (there will be some clashes). I am not an expert in this domain
to agree or not.

According to this I gonna remove failing archs from target archs for the
package, upstream is not willing to spend time on those archs for the
moment (though they found the patch interesting). I will move severity of
the bug to normal to keep track of the bug in case an upstream modification
in a later release would fix this.
