Hi! Ugene harcodes dependencies on libqt4-core and libqt4-gui. Neither of this
packages should be really listed here, that's ${shlibs:Depends}'s job.

I'm going to upload Qt4 without these transitional package spossibly next week.
I'll rise the severity of this bug first to serious, of course.
