[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#784382: Patch attached

Hi Lisandro,

thanks for your bugs against Ugene.  I took this one over in SVN but we
need to fix the FTBFS bug as well.  I hope this can be done soon.  BTW,
Debian Med repository has set ACLs so any DD can commit directly.
