[Debian-med-packaging] subread: limit architectures

Hello,

It seems that subread[0] doesn't work on all architectures supported by 
Debian.

Would it be ok to simply limit the architectures to the ones where 
subread builds and passes the tests?
The upstream doesn't plan to support the tool on archs other than i386/amd64
