Hi Bioconductor maintainers,

as you might have noticed the Debian Med team tries to package several
Bioconductor modules for Debian. Our ftpmaster stumbled upon one file
that is part of annotate. Could you please confirm that also for the
file

   annotate/R/probesByLL.R

the license Artistic-2.0 applies?

Kind regards

        Andreas.

Hi Andreas,

unfortunately I have to reject your package.

annotate/R/probesByLL.R contains:
Copyright 2004, Jianhua Zhang. All rights reserved.
who doesn't seem to be R. Gentleman. So what is the license of this file?

  Thorsten
