[Debian-med-packaging] RFS: python-pbconsensuscore for jessie-backports

Hi, team,
I've prepared a backport for python-pbconsensuscore. It's the supporting
library for pbgenomicconsensus, which contains the Quiver
variant/consensus caller.

Would someone please upload to jessie-backports? It is in the
debian/jessie-backports branch of the repository at:

git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/debian-med/python-pbconsensuscore.git
