[Debian-med-packaging] RFS: python-pbcore for jessie-backports (NEW)

Hello,
I hate to bug you all about this again, but I unfortunately can't upload
this myself because it hasn't been through jessie-backports before.

I had requested uploads for this package (python-pbcore) and also for
python-pbconsensuscore

After these two, there are a few other packages that depend on them. Is
it preferable for me to ask for sponsorship for backports-NEW uploads on
the -backports mailing list?
