In case anyone's wondering, something weird happened here. In the
pristine-tar branch, it seems that the dfsg orig.tar.gz archive
committed there did not actually exclude the files it was supposed to,
though the upstream branch was correct and the orig.tar.gz in the first
upload to the archive was also correct.

I removed the existing dfsg deltas from the pristine-tar branch and
committed the proper one. That appears to have resolved the problem.
