[Debian-med-packaging] Backporting gradle or fixing ant build.xml for libejml-java

Hi Andreas,

If you're preparing some packages, why don't you use a development
distribution like testing or sid? Since new packages will show up in sid
and if you backport Gradle you need to backport dozens of other packages.
Gradle in Jessie is quite old but I'm not sure if it is really necessary to
backport it.
