Hi,

libdcmtk-dev provides libdcmtk-dev. Please switch that provides to
libdcmtk2-dev to ease the dcmtk transition (so that binNMUs can be scheduled
without having to wait for every rdep to switch the build-dependency from
libdcmtk2-dev to libdcmtk-dev).
