[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#805933: FTBFS on recent systems

I tried to build libinsighttoolkit4, but failed:

I set the severity to important because the package does build on buildd and only fails to build on my system that has some packages from experimental.  The build also fails on an 15.10 Ubuntu system.
