Never mind this. I was confused because it seems that upstream is
transitioning their license from GPL-2+ to GPL-3+, but this is in the
current development snapshot. The latest release appears to be pure
GPL-2+, so there is no confusion there and I think it's ready to go.

Can someone please upload?
