[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#802041: RFS: python-avro

Hi, team,
I have finished preparing the python-avro package. I need this one
because it's a dependency of python-pbcommand, which is part of the
dependency chain in smrtanalysis.

Would someone please upload to unstable?
