Sorry, I thought I responded to this already.

I'm fixing this upstream so that the binary name doesn't change; it will now be
`axe-demux` everywhere. I've re-released. I've decided to re-do the entire
packaging too, so that we don't bundle libqes or a cut-down gsl. I have a
couple of questions about this but I'll as those in a separate email.
