[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#803304: libdcmtk-dev: DCMTKTargets.cmake lists files that are not installed

Hi Gert,

seit Mathieus ausscheiden kümmert sich keiner um dcmtk.  Ich versuche
nur RC bugs zu fixen.  Ich befürchte also, wenn Du das (offensichtlich)
benutzt, wirst Du Dich wohl selbst kümmern müssen.  Es gibt übrigens
einen neuen Snapshot, aber da funktionierten nicht alle Tests und so
bin ich bei dieser Version geblieben ...
