[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#797651: mummy fails to build (libgccxml-dev vs GCC-5)

Dear maintainer,

building the package with

  -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS=-D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=0

fixes this issue for me.

Anyway I'm not sure whether the real issue is in this package or in
libgccxml-dev that is built using

  export CXX=g++-4.9

instead.
