[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#791187: libzeep: library transition may be needed when GCC 5 is the default

Hi,

Jonathan Wiltshire has reopened this bug without any explanation and I
think applying Julien's patch was to Simons and my opinion wrong since
my last upload IMHO did the transition.  As long as I do not get any
explanation why the bug is reopened I have no idea what to do since to
my opinion the transition is finished.
