[Debian-med-packaging] cufflinks is marked for autoremoval from testing

This is quite close, cufflinks needs boost 1.59 which hasn't entered
the  unstable yet. Though I am not sure that it will work after with gcc5.

Is there a way to postpone the autoremoval in case the boost libs need
more time ?
