I did a

     cme fix dpkg-control

which I always recommend.  It was basically to normalise Vcs fields and
cme did some further normalisation in addition.  Please pull.

I have added the package as "Suggests" to the med-bio task.  I'm a bit
unsure about its role and whether it should rather be a recommends or
whether it better belongs to the med-bio-dev task.  What do you think?

The package is uploaded to new.  Thanks for your work on this
