I can't see yet what you uploaded, but according to SVN, 
debian/patches/series currently has my patch commented out:

fix_unused_variable_errors.patch
hardening.patch
# replace-float-with-double.patch

I have just tested building again here with an sbuild i386 chroot on 
amd64, and in a i386 VM running sid, and it builds fine.
