the possible out-of-sync mentionend in the mail refers only to the listing
of the files that are in both packages, this list is for information
only. The bug is really there. 

Also, I just checked the binary package downloaded from a mirror:

How it got there I cannot tell. AFAIK, arch=all packages are not rebuild
by autobuilders, so the -doc package in the archive should be the one
that you have uploaded. Maybe that has changed, as the mail by anbe seems
to imply? Are you sure you have build the package in a clean
chroot before uploading ?
