[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#798167: camitk: depends on vtk 5

Hello Mattia and all,

I am currently working on fixing a blocking bug in CamiTK
4.0.0.
The transition to Qt5 and VTK6 is finished, and everything seems to be
working ok, apart from a complex OpenGL problem [1]. This is why I am
cc-ing debian-med mailing list.

Basically we noticed that:
- QVTKWidget (a class that gives a way to have an VTK renderer in a Qt
widget) has a problem with the z-buffer on integrated cards (i915 driver)
- QVTKWidget2 (that seems to be the future, and use OpenGL directly), is
not yet fully operational (OpenGL context does not seemed to be
initialized properly)

The consequence is that we end-up with display problems on Linux systems
using an intel integrated cars (= a lot of configuration!).

This was checked also with VTK 6.3.0 + Qt 5.3.2, as well as on sid (VTK
6.2.0 and Qt 5.5.1). A strange OpenGL behaviour was also observed on Mac.
At the moment I am trying some last faint hope solution (basically
patching QVTKWidget2 with upstream VTK code)...

If anyone else has some insight about problem with integrated cards Qt 5
and VTK 6, I will be delighted!

Concerning your question Mattia, unfortunately, I won't be able to work
on it too much in the next two weeks, but hopefully at the beginning of
may I will be able to finish the packaging, even if it includes this bug.

Just to let you know, on the positive side: the source code compile and
all the tests pass using a sid docker and the upstream code. So the main
difficulty will be to learn how to use git for the packaging!

Cheers,
Mahnu
