[Debian-med-packaging] libbpp-seq-omics_2.2.0-1_amd64.changes is NEW

Hi again ftpmasters,

thanks for the fast processing yesterday.  We are basically done with
the transition.  This one and its dependency which I'll upload once this
is accepted.  There is finally a QT interface but this has no other
dependencies and does not need urgent care.
