[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#822118: Bug#822118: RM: fw4spl -- RoQA, unmaintained, RC-buggy, FTBFS, blocks removal of old packages

Packages can be decrufted/removed even if there are still rdeps around
(forcing the removal breaking the deps), though you need to convince an FTP
master that it's the right thing to do it.  This is a good case where this
can be done as fw4spl is already broken enough by itself.

Actually I already asked this morning on IRC to do so, but you know that
sometimes messages get ignored, etc.. (also, it's the week end..).  I'll
try to have it done tomorrow or Monday.
