please mention all files that are licensed under LGPL-2+, LGPL-2.1+, GPL-3+ 
and all I forgot in your debian/copyright.

Please also remove files that are licensed under:
 * Copyright (c) 2006, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved.
 * ORACLE PROPRIETARY/CONFIDENTIAL.  Use is subject to license terms.
or provide the correct license terms.

And last but not least do the things above before uploading to NEW.
