[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#833760: cufflinks: please use the default boost version

Dear maintainer,

your package depend on boost1.60, while we're transition to boost1.61
(from 1.58).  1.60 never was the default.

We would like to remove 1.60, so please either bump the dependency to
1.61 or (preferred) use the unversioned stuff as provided by
src:boost-defaults.
