[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#833288: would FTBFS now with cython 0.24.1 MACS2/IO/PeakIO.pyx:632:49: Cannot assign type 'float' to 'int'

Hi,

I can confirm this bug.

I've checked MACS2/IO/PeakIO.pyx and I think the typing of the function
call should be fine - so probably the problem is somewhere else - but
where?

Any help would be welcome
