Sorry, this does not help.  There is this large thread on
debian-devel[2] which I triggered and which IMHO goes totally in the
wrong direction nitpicking about copyrights inside binary packages which
is IMHO orthogonal to the interest of our users (would a user really
*copy* from binary results and if this really stupid intention is really
done would this person care about copyright at all? - may be I'll write
something in this thread but I'm afraid that's just a waste of time).

Cufflinks just does not build (neither with boost 1.60 nor 1.61 and
I have no chance to upload it.  Feel free to request the removal of
1.60 since it does not change the situation.
