[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#833493: cufflinks: FTBFS with gcc-6

Hi,

I reverted my changes inside the master branch and currently the build
with Grahams patch is running.  I'll upload later today if everything
builds fine.  Please again ping upstream to upgrade liblemon (and if
you might be at it:  Replacing liblocfit would be even better!)
