Well, the reason to change the upstream tarball was removing
*/src/lemon.  Once the upstream tarball needed a change I decided to get
rid of other cruft.  I do not think that it is a good idea to remove
auto-generated autoconf files just because these are cruft if there is
no better reason for repackaging.

    git tag -d upstream/<version>
    gbp import-orig
    git tag -d upstream/<version>
    git pull

No idea whether this is the best solution but it works.

?  At my side the complain was only about the tag not the tarball.
