I made a new release.

The major addition is support for OpenJPEG 2.x. If you are using (eg.
linux distro) OPJ 2.x, please switch to 2.6.5 ASAP (2.6.4 simply does
not work).

There is also a couple of bug fixes (invalid read access) that may be
of interest.
