The kfreebsd-amd64 build of hisat2 failed:

  help2man ./hisat2 --no-info --name \
  	'graph-based alignment of short nucleotide reads to many genomes, wrapper script' \
  	> debian/hisat2.1
  help2man: can't get `--help' info from ./hisat2
  Try `--no-discard-stderr' if option outputs to stderr
  debian/rules:15: recipe for target 'override_dh_auto_build' failed
