[Debian-med-packaging] [owner at bugs.debian.org: Processed: retitle to RFP: prokka -- rapid annotation of prokaryotic genomes]

Hi Michael,

since nothing happened with this package the ITP was turned into RFP.
As I wrote last year the package in Git seems to build fine.  Could you
explain what should stop us from uploading?
