[Debian-med-packaging] Updating python3-pymummer to 0.8.1

Hi Afif,

the package for ariba 2.2.4 needs pymummer version 0.8.1, which was just recently released. I would be happy to update pymummer to 0.8.1 unless you have any objections… if so just let me know.
