[Debian-med-packaging] new camitk upstream packaged

Dear all,

CamiTK 4.0.4 was released upstream and I have updated the package on alioth [1].

I took the opportunity of the new upstream version to try to fix the debci failed tests.
Running "autopkgtest camitk_4.0.4-1_amd64.changes -- null" on a local sid seems to solve the problem.

Can someone please have a look and upload if everything seems correct?
