[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#847569: rsem: New version available

Hi,

there is a new version of rsem available.  I have prepared some packaging in
Git but since I removed the samtools-1.3 code copy I would like to get this
package tested by people who at least have a certain understandig, how to test
the package.  Writing an autopkgtest would be an extra plus, thought.
