I tried to build after upgrading to debhelper 10 which should be fine
since --parallel was given anyway. I also tried with explicit
--no-parallel but in both cases I was running into an error in the
build time tests when building in pbuilder:

Any idea what might went wrong here?
Kind regards
Andreas.
