I wouldn’t bother trying to get 1.9.1 to build with whatever version of SeqAn we have at the moment. The upstream author explicitly discourages packaging the pre-release 1.9.* versions as he expects "major changes and incompatibilities within the 1.9.* cycle. The 2.0.0 will be stable again and ready for packaging.” [1]
I already discussed this with upstream in August and as a consequence I refrained from touching this version at all. Unfortunately uscan will still show it as a new upstream version because there is currently no way to exclude pre-release versions from the GitHub URL listed in the watchfile (is there? I couldn’t find one).

I propose to close this bug. When 2.0.0 is released I would be the first to package it :)
