[Debian-med-packaging] Planning to change emacs-defaults (emacs) to emacs25 soon

Assuming we don't find any serious problems, we're planning to switch
emacs-defaults to point to emacs25 soon, which means that any dependency
on "emacs" will start pulling in emacs25, not emacs24.

Before that, we're planning to examine your packages for compatibility
(via chroot sbuild with an changed emacs-defaults, etc.), but we'd very
much appreciate help evaluating the transition.

Once we've resolved any issues revealed (we'll try to help with delayed
NMUs where we can), we'll upload the changed emacs-defaults package to
sid and then try to help with any further issues.

Also note that a dependency on "emacs" is only appropriate if the
package doesn't care about the emacs version at *all*, and be aware that
the emacs package version has nothing to do with the Emacs version
(right now it's 46.1).

If the version does matter (or might matter in the future), then the
dependency should probably look more like this:

  emacs25-nox | emacs25 | emacs24

This will have the buildds use the lighter-weight emacs25-nox flavor,
but will allow any emacs24 or emacs25 flavor already installed to
satisfy the dependency (since all emacsen binary packages provide
emacsXY).

Thanks
