[Debian-med-packaging] Please decide for single repository on git.debian.org for cnrun

Hi Andrei,

I realised that there are two repositories for cmrun one in Debian Med
team[1] and one in NeuroDebian team repository[2].  The Vcs fields are
pointing to Debian Med which is fine but to avoid confusion I'd
recommend to remove the one in pkg-exppsy.  Please also do the following
change:

to properly follow Debian Med policy.  If you decide to stick to
NeuroDebian team which is fine as well please fix Vcs fields and remove
the repository [1] and finally set NeuroDebian team as maintainer.
