[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#813559: ngs-sdk: FTBFS: most platforms explicitly unsupported

Hi,

could someone possibly check on such an affected architecture after
disabling the patches?  If all else fails I would not mind just
uploading with deactivated tests and thus throw it on the auto builders.

I've commited a patch for the other bug #813557.
