Package: aeskulap
Version: 0.2.2b1-13+b2
Severity: wishlist
Tags: upstream
Dear Maintainer,
Aeskulap has functionality to read studies from disk by way of a DICOMDIR
file which can be selected via a menu item.
It would be really helpful for using Aeskulap in daily medical practice
if the application was enhanced to offer the same functionality via a
commandline option, like so:
$> aeskulap --dicomdir=/path/to/a/DICOMDIR
or even
$> aeskulap /path/to/a/DICOMDIR
In the latter case, however, the code processing "path/to/a/DICOMDIR"
would need to distinguish DICOMDIR files from DICOM image files because
$> aeskulap /path/to/an/DICOM/imagefile.dcm
already works.
Thanks for considering,
Karsten
