Hmmmm, same numbering question here:  We just have a couple of commits
of seqan2 series in seqan.git.  Wouldn't it be sensible to clone
seqan.git to seqan1.git and revert any seqan2 related commits there?

For me the current status as I read here sounds a bit confusing.
