thanks for the fix. 

BTW: since you are a member of debian-med, instead of uploading to
delayed you could also have made a team upload, and if you think that
you will touch some of these packages (specifically elastix, castxml,
gdcm and insighttoolkit4) more often you are certainly invited to add
yourself to the uploaders :)
