[Debian-med-packaging] Notice - will be away 2/28-3/4

Hi, all,
I'm sorry for the short notice, but I will be leaving for a scientific
conference tomorrow, lasting for about a week (from 2/28-3/4). This
unfortunately overlaps with Andreas' unavailability [1]. I'll see what I
can do today, but perhaps others may be able to sponsor in the meantime.
