[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#809897: ctsim: FTBFS with libpng16

Hi,

I wonder how I could reproduce this build.  I tried to Build-Depend from
libpng16-dev but when doing so I get a conflict in installing


$ sudo apt-get install libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev : Depends: libpng12-dev but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.


As far as I can see there is some transition in experimental needed
before we can move on with this.  Did I missed anything?
