well, the build-deps can now be satisfied, but only on amd64 and i386,
and nowhere else, because insighttoolkit4 is built only there (since
2013).

This package won't migrate to testing before all the other builds are
removed (so you need to file a request for partial removal to the ftp
masters) or you make it build otherwise without insighttoolkit4.

Also please note that the old binaries depends on old binaries not built
anymore, so it's holding cruft (not so important, but just a point).

But it also depends on vtk5 so...
Anyway, removing old binaries seems nice to me even if it won't migrate
anyway.
